“It was snowing outside,” Hikaru said to Yabu while he was staring outside of the windows. Yabu looked at Hikaru and smiled.

 

“Really? Do you want to play with it?” Yabu asked Hikaru and patted his shoulder. Hikaru turned to Yabu and nodded his head.

 

“But my parents wouldn’t allow me to…..” Yabu covered Hikaru lips with his finger.

 

“We’ll go secretly,” Yabu whispered to Hikaru ear. Yabu pulled Hikaru hand and quickly went outside.

 

Hikaru was spinning around and laughing happily under the falling snow. Yabu just smiled looking at Hikaru and chuckled when Hikaru fell on the snow. Hikaru didn’t stand up he kept lying on the snow and looking intently to the sky. Yabu joined Hikaru and was lying beside Hikaru.

 

“I wish the snow is colourful,” Hikaru said it out in sudden. Yabu turned his head to Hikaru, shocked with the wish. Then, he smiled.

 

“My wish is to make your wish come true,” Yabu said it with a large smile on his face.

 

“Muri ne,” Hikaru said it with an impossible face.

31^st December 2007

 

“I’m sorry, but you only have one year to live.” The doctor said to his patient calmly. The boy just nodded down. Why is this happening to me? He thought.

 

“Could you keep it secret?” The boy suddenly stood up. The doctor was surprised and just nodded his head. The boy smiled and went out of the room.

 

“Wait! Don’t forget your next appointment,” The doctor raised up his voice so the boy could hear it.

 

“Okay,” The boy turned to the doctor and continued with his steps. The boy gaped at his shoes, thinking of his fate. He just tried to look fine in front the doctor but actually he don’t know how to react when he receive the news.

Hikaru gazed at Inoo. For him, Inoo was perfect as a girl. He was beautiful and a bit of feminine. The way he walks, the way he talks, the way he eats were graceful and smooth. Hikaru realized that he had fallen in love with Inoo but he scared if Inoo rejected him.

“Hikaru, let’s go.” Inoo voice killed Hikaru thought. Hikaru smiled, tried to cover his daydreaming. Hikaru followed Inoo. Recently, they always went home together and their walks filled with their chat and laugh. Hikaru thought that maybe he could use this opportunity to confess his love.

 

“Hikaru,”

 

“Inoo,”

 

Both of them said it at the same time. Hikaru and Inoo chuckled with their acts.

 

“You say it first,” Hikaru said to Inoo.

 

“Thanks,” Inoo smiled to Hikaru. Hikaru was always nice to him. That was why he thought he could tell Hikaru about his secret feeling towards Yabu. He knew that Yabu and Takaki was a couple but he couldn’t stop his heart from loving Yabu.

 

“I had fallen in love with someone,” Inoo said it with a low voice. Hikaru was shocked to hear it but quickly he covered his shock.

 

“Who? A girl or a boy?” Hikaru tried to act normal even though his heart started to hurt.

 

“Boy, a member of Hey Say Jump,” Inoo answered Hikaru with a fake smile. Hikaru realized it. Something was wrong with Inoo. Suddenly, Inoo phone was ringing. Inoo picked it up.

 

“Moshi moshi,”

 

“Hai,”

 

“Ja,”

 

“Who is that?” Hikaru asked Inoo.

 

“It was my mom. She said my sister had a high fever so I should went home quickly,” Inoo looked at Hikaru and smiled.

 

“Bye,” Inoo waved at Hikaru and ran away. Hikaru looked at Inoo until he lost sight of him. Who is the lucky boy? He wondered.
